摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的近远期效果及对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白介素-4(IL-4)的影响。方法将我院收治的102例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为对照组(丙酸倍氯米松吸入治疗)和观察组(孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片),每组各51例。分析两组的治疗效果、常见症状(咳嗽、咽痛、喉痒)的缓解时间、消失时间;治疗前后的外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)、血清IgE、IL-4水平;治疗结束后1年的随访情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ2=5.299,P<0.05),显效例数多于对照组(χ2=6.353,P<0.05);常见症状的缓解时间、消失时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后的EOS、IgE、IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗结束1年的累积复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的近远期效果较好,不仅改善症状,而且降低远期复发率。Objective To explore the short-and long-term effects of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma and the influence on serum immunoglobulin E（IgE）,interleukin-4（IL-4）.Methods 102 children with cough variant asthma admitted by our hospital were randomly divided into control group（Beclomethasone dipropionate inhalation therapy） and observation group（Montelukast Sodium chewable tablets）.The following indices of two groups were analyzed including therapeutic effect,mitigation and disappeared time of common symptoms（cough,sore throat and itchy throat）,the level of eosinphils（EOS）,IgE and IL-4 before and after treatment,and the one-year follow-up after the treatment.Results The total efficiency rate of observation group was higher than the control group（χ^2 = 5.299,P〈0.05）,and the number of obvious effect in observation group was more than the control group（χ^2 = 6.353,P〈0.05）;the mitigation and disappeared time of common symptoms of observation group were less than the control group;the level of EOS,IgE and IL-4 after the treatment of observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05 or P 0.01）,as well as one-year cumulative recurrence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The short-and long-term effects of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma are better,which can both improve symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
