摘　　要：目的分析我院2008-2010年抗肿瘤药物应用情况,了解近年肿瘤患者的主要特点及药品的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用计算机药局库存信息管理系统对我院2008-2010年的抗肿瘤药物的用药数量、金额等情况排序,进行统计、分析。结果我院抗肿瘤中药连续3年使用量、使用金额、构成比均排在第1位。艾迪注射液、复方苦参注射液连续3年使用量排名分别为第1位和第2位。结论我院应用的抗肿瘤药物主要以中药为主,长时间内用量呈平稳上升趋势,近年来新型抗肿瘤药物发挥着重要的作用。Objective To analyze the application situation of antineoplastic agents in our hospital from 2008 to 2010,un derstand the main characters of tumor patients and their drugs＇ application in recent years,in order to provide basis for ra tional drug use in clinic.Methods Amounts and sums ranging of antineoplastic agents in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were sorted and analyzed through computerized drug store inventory management system.Results Amount,sum and proportion of anti-tumor Chinese medicines in continuous 3 years were ranked at the first place.Amounts of Aidi injecta and Compound Kushen Injecta in continuous 3 years ranked at the first and the second place respectively.Conclusion Application of antineoplastic agents in our hospital is mainly traditional Chinese medicine,which usage is in a stable rising trend for a long time,and new type anti-tumor agents plays an extremely important role in recent years.
