恩度联合化疗治疗难治性晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察恩度联合常规化疗治疗难治性恶性肿瘤的疗效,探讨有针对性的护理措施。方法将99例经过病理确诊为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期恶性实体瘤的患者,按治疗方案分为恩度联合常规化疗组(实验组50例)和常规化疗组(对照组49例),经过2周期的化疗后进行疗效评价比较。结果两组患者治疗有效率(RR)及疾病控制率(DCR)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗后生活质量提高有24例(48.00%),生活质量稳定24例(48.00%),2例(4.17%)生活质量下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩度联合常规治疗具有改善难治性恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的趋势,值得临床推广使用,精心细致的护理是治疗顺利进行的有效保障。Objective To evaluate the effect of Endostatin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of refractory ad vanced cancer,in order to approach effective nursing measures.Methods 99 advanced cancer patients were divided into two groups including experimental group that were treated with Endostatin combined with chemotherapy and control group that were treated with chemotherapy.The treatment effects of two groups were compared after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results There were no statistically difference of RR and DCR between two groups（P 〉0.05）.In experimental group life quality improved（48.00%）,stabled（48.00%）,descented（4.17%） respectively,there were significantly difference compared with that of control group.Conclusion Endostatin combined with chemotherapy can improve life quality which ensure the chemotherapy successfully accomplished subtle nursing is necessary.
