摘　　要：随着民主化进程的加速．政府建筑逐渐走向亲民、开放，在柳东新区政府及企业总部办公楼设计中，我们深入思考建筑VS．场地，政府vs．市民vs．企业，行政vs．商业，地上VS．地下的关系，通过建筑化的转译，描绘出全新的开放亲民的政府形象及企业形象。With the accelerate of democratization process, the government building is becoming more kindness and opening. In the design of government building and enterprise headquarter in Liudong administrative division, we explore the relationship of architecture vs. place, government vs. citizen vs. enterprise , overground vs. underground. Through the translate with language of architecture , we portrayed a new opening and kindness image of government and enterprise.
