摘　　要：从沙利文（Louis Sullivan）提出的“形式追随功能（Form Follows Function）”。到近年来提出的“性能驱动perfomaance—driven）”，建筑师不断尝试将建筑形态通过理性的过程表达出来，性能驱动的设计方法特别适合当今社会绿色建筑的设计要求，已经成为了当代建筑设计的重要内容。本文结合设计项目和概念．讨论了绿色建筑中性能驱动的设计方法和设计过程．并阐述了其意义和前景。From Louis Sullivan＇s phrase ＇Form Follows Function＇ to ＇perfbnnance-driven＇, architectural researchers are seeking the relationship between the form and building requirements. Perfbrmance-driven design methods, which can reach the design requirements of sustainable green building, have been a central subject of contemporary theory and practice of architecture. This paper attempts to explain the concept and evolution of the performance-driven design by some well-known practices, with their specific processes, and also discusses its practical meaning and the future.
