微波辐射工艺环保型高强力再生胶配方的研制

摘　　要：由20目的废旧载重轮胎胎冠胶粉与无污染的软化剂、再生剂和偶联剂等研制环保型高强力再生胶的配方,物料经过微波辐射再生,精炼好的胶片表面光洁,质地均匀,适合压延、压出工艺。再生胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率能分别达到19.01 MPa和445.80%。By 20 mesh waste loaded tyre crown rubber powder softeners ,regenerated activator and coupler etc. have been prepared.These materials have been regenerated by microwave radiation. Refining reclaimed rubber adaptation to calendering and extrusion process smooth surface and consistent mass. The maxium tensile strength and elongation of the reclaimed rubber can repectively reach 19.01 MPa and 445.80% .
