吉林省综合城市化水平区域分异及其成因分析

摘　　要：针对吉林省城市化水平"虚高"现象,从人口、经济、空间和社会4个方面构建了综合城市化水平的测度指标体系,使用均方差法和线性加权法,对2000—2010年吉林省综合城市化水平的区域分异特征进行分析。结果表明:吉林省综合城市化水平不高,在空间分布上存在较大差异,但基本格局保持稳定。人口城市化、经济城市化、空间城市化水平与综合城市化水平呈正相关,表现为中部地区的城市化水平普遍高于东、西部地区,西部地区具有低水平上的一致性;社会城市化水平东部地区较高,向中、西部地区依次递减。地理环境差异、区位和基础设施、国家政策和发展战略、城市化历史基础是吉林省城市化区域分异形成变化的主要驱动因素。最后,针对吉林省城市化发展提出了建议。From the essential meaning of urbanization, this paper selected the four aspects, such as urban population, economy, space and society to design the evaluation index system. Based on the standard variance method, the paper estimated and analyzed the spatial evolution of the comprehensive level of urbanization in Jilin Province since 2000. The results show that the comprehensive levels of urbanization are quite different in the spatial distribution, but the holistic pattern of the comprehensive level of urbanization is stable. The high comprehensive levels of urbanization are found to be mainly in the middle region, and the comprehensive level of west region is lowest. The urbanization level of population, economy, and space have the same spatial distribution pattern, being positive correlation to comprehensive level, but the society level displays the east superior obviously to the middle and west. Finally, the geographical environment, convenient traffic, urbanization foundation as well as state policy and development strategy are the driving factors of the spatial differentiation of the comprehensive level of urbanization, and thus put forward some suggestions to improve the level of urbanization in Jilin Province.
