循环冷却水含磷阻垢剂的研究进展

摘　　要：含磷阻垢剂是具有能分散水中的难溶性无机盐、阻止或干扰难溶性无机盐在金属表面的沉淀、结垢功能,并维持金属设备有良好的传热效果的一类药剂。介绍了常用于循环冷却水中的4种含磷阻垢剂以及11种复合型阻垢剂及其应用,包括聚磷酸盐阻垢剂、有机膦酸阻垢剂、有机膦羧酸阻垢剂以及膦基羧酸阻垢剂等,并对其阻垢机理进行了综述,最后对阻垢剂今后的研究方向提出了建议。The phosphorus containing scale inhibitor is a reagent with the performance to disperse the insoluble inorganic salt and prevent the insoluble inorganic salt from precipitating on the metal surface, which can maintain the heat transfer effect of the metallic equipment. In this paper, common four phosphorus containing scale inhibitors and eleven compound scale inhibitors were introduced, such as polyphosphate scale inhibitor, organic phosphonate scale inhibitor, organic phosphate carboxylic acid scale inhibitor and phosphorous-containing carboxylic acid scale inhibitor. And their scale inhibition mechanisms were discussed, and then some advices about further study on scale inhibitors were proposed.
