运煤船安全营运条件的探讨

摘　　要：煤的特有性质及运煤船的某些缺陷,影响其海上运输安全。本文研究分析了影响其海上运输安全的煤的性质,如氧化性、自热自燃性等,总结了运煤船应满足的安全营运条件。Due to special characters of coal and bugs of coal carriers,it may endanger safety of carrying coal by sea.According to the research and analysis of characters of coal,such as oxygenation、spontaneous combustion and so on,this paper gives out the safe working condition that every coal carrier should be satisfying.
