青海牧区现代生态畜牧业可持续发展与社会稳定研究——以海北藏族自治州为例

摘　　要：青海省作为中国五大牧区之一,其牧区面积约占96%,在全省经济社会发展和稳定大局中具有十分重要的作用。旨在探索海北藏族自治州现代生态畜牧业可持续发展路径,找到牧区经济、社会、生态全面协调又好又快发展的新方向,努力建设一个生态良好、生活宽裕、经济发展、民族团结、社会稳定的新牧区。Qinghai province is one of the country＇s five major pastoral areas,boasting of its 96 percent pastoral areas which play a very crucial role in the social and economic development and the stability of the province.The paper is an attempt to probe into the sustainable development of modern ecological animal husbandry in Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,find out new ways to spur the coordinated social,economic and ecological development of the area and strive to build a new pastoral area where people can enjoy a sound ecological environment,well-off life,economic development,national unity and social stability.
