新疆牧区可持续发展模式的现状评价及问题分析

摘　　要：对新疆牧区现状与可持续发展模式的转变过程进行分析,结合实际指出新疆牧区可持续发展过程中存在的问题,并从加强新疆牧区草原生态保护建设,提高可持续发展能力、加大对牧区特色优势产业发展的支持力度、加快基础设施建设、大力发展牧区公共事业,切实保障和改善民生等方面提出建议。This article analyzes the present state of Xinjiang pastoral areas and the transformation process of the sustainable development model and points out problems in the sustainable development of Xinjiang pastoral areas.Solutions to the problems are given from the following aspects： strengthen Xinjiang＇s pastoral conservation of grasslands and improve the capacity of sustainable development;provide further support for the development of pastoral characteristic advantage industry,speed up infrastructure construction and vigorously develop the pastoral public utilities,effectively protect and improve people＇s livelihood and so on.
