大连市低碳产业发展分析

摘　　要：低碳发展已成为全球经济发展趋势。大连市节能减排工作成绩突出,但产业结构转型压力较大,缺乏有效的低碳技术研发激励机制,碳金融产品匮乏。大连市产业发展要走低碳路径,必须科学制定低碳经济发展战略,改善能源结构并提高能源利用效率,同时建立多元融资机制,以促进低碳产业的发展。在外部应积极参与低碳化的国际合作,规划和推进低碳社会建设。Low carbon development has become a tendency for global economic development.Dalian has made remarkable achievement in saving energy and reducing emission,but it still confronts greater difficulty in industrial structure transformation,lacks effective incentive mechanism for low carbon technology development and carbon financial product.To accelerate low carbon economy,Dalian should scientifically formulate strategy concerning low carbon economy development,improve energy structure and the effective use of energy,set up multi-financial mechanism in order to facilitate the development of low carbon industry,and actively participate in international cooperation of low carbonization to boost the construction of low carbon society.
