摘　　要：国际化办学是目前对高校提出的新要求。面对高等教育的国际化浪潮,结合大连民族学院国际商学院学生的管理工作,提出了应对措施,探索一条符合管理国际化的工作思路。The internationalization of talent training patterns requires the internationalization of student management.In view of the internationalization of higher education and based on the analysis of the student management in International Business School of Dalian Nationalities University,the paper provides some countermeasures for the management of internationalized talents.
