摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)在妊娠维持和分娩发动的作用。方法按分娩方式将90例足月妊娠产妇分为自然分娩发动组(自然分娩组,根据宫口开大情况分为潜伏期及活跃期)和剖宫产组(剖宫产组),各45例。用ELISA方法检测其外周血IL-10及IL-18水平。结果剖宫产组比自然分娩组的2个时期的IL-10水平都高(P<0.05),活跃期比潜伏期IL-10水平降低(P<0.05);而剖宫产组比自然分娩组2个时期的IL-18水平都低(P<0.05),活跃期比潜伏期IL-18水平升高(P<0.05))。结论 IL-10可能与妊娠维持有关,IL-18可能通过使Th1/Th2平衡向Th1显性状态偏移来参与妊娠。Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-10（IL-10） and interleukin-18（IL-18） on pregnancy maintenance and labor onset.Methods Ninety term pregnant women were divided into spontaneous vaginal delivery group and caesarean section group,with 45 women in each group.Levels of IL-10 and IL-18 in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA.Results Compared with spontaneous vaginal delivery group,caesarean section increased IL-10 levels and decreased IL-18 levels（P0.05）.Compared with incubation period,IL-10 levels decreased and IL-18 levels increased in active period（P0.05）.Conclusion IL-10 is critical in keeping normal pregnancy.IL-18 involves the termination of the pregnancy through shifting the Th1/Th2 balance to a Th1 dominant state.
