摘　　要：目的评价江西省农村推广的10项西医适宜技术的推广绩效。方法采用TOPSIS((technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)法对10项西医适宜技术在江西省县、乡、村推广的绩效进行综合评价和排序。结果 10项西医适宜技术中,"农村常见皮肤病诊疗技术"的推广绩效排在首位,"幽门螺杆菌根除最佳方案"排在第二,其余依次为"05国际心肺复苏指南新技术""子宫颈癌的预防及癌前期病变规范化诊断与治疗""臭氧(蓝氧)妇科治疗术""慢性心力衰竭规范治疗技术和急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗技术""新生儿窒息新法复苏""儿童哮喘早期诊疗及规范化治疗""痔疮诊疗技术的临床运用",排在最后的是"急性有机磷农药中毒致外周呼吸肌麻痹治疗方案"。结论 TOPSIS法用于西医适宜技术绩效评估的排序结果与实际情况较为吻合,评价指标体系较为合理。Objective To evaluate the comprehensive performance of 10 appropriate technolo- gies of Western medicine in rural areas of Jiangxi province. Methods The promotion performance of 10 appropriate technologies of Western medicine in counties, townships and villages of Jiangxi province was evaluated and sorted by use of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS）. Results Among the 10 appropriate technologies,the promotion performance of ＂The Diagnosis and Treatment of Rural Common Skin Disease＂ was ranked first, followed by ＂Optimal Regimen for Helicobacter Pylori Eradication 2005 International New Technology Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation＂ ＂ Prevention of Cervical Cancer and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Precancerous Lesions＂＂Ozone Therapy of Gynecopathy＂＂Standard- ized Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure and Intravenous Thrombolytic Treatment of Acute Myo- cardial Infarction＂ ＂New Recovery Method for Asphyxia Neonatorum Early Diagnosis and Standardized Treatment of Childhood Asthma＂and ＂Clinical Use of Treatment Technology in Hemorrhoids＂. The promotion performance of ＂Treatment of Respiratory Muscle Paralysis In- duced by Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning＂ was ranked tenth. Conclusion The TOPSIS-based approach is a reasonable indicator system of evaluation,and the ranking results of appropriate technology performance of Western medicine are coincident with the actual condition.
