摘　　要：本文陈述了SOLAS公约建立的过程,探讨了反光材料对于海上人命安全的重要意义,具体描述了其应用在救生艇、救生圈、救生衣等救生设备上的位置、形状、面积等技术指标,对后续具体领域应用和相关标准的出台提供了一定的技术支持。With presentation the construction of SOLAS, this paper discusses the importance of reflecting material in maritime security affairs, and describes the requirements when it is used in life boat, life ring, life vest and other life preservers, including requirement for position, shape and area. This paper also provides technical support for future application and publication of industry standards.
