摘  要:通过实测资料分析、模型试验和数学模拟 ,分析了黄河下游山东窄河段挖河固堤启动工程的减淤效果和固堤作用。分析表明 :在一定的时段内和一定的水沙条件下 ,挖河具有一定的减淤作用 ;挖河后横断面调整趋于窄深 ;挖出的泥沙用于加固堤防 。The effects of sedimentation reduction and dyke solidification by solidifying dykes and digging out sedimentation in Shandong narrow channel in the lower Yellow River are analyzed through analysis of recorded data, experiment and mathematic models, the physical meaning of sedimentation reduction ratio is defined in the paper. The analysis demonstrate that (1) digging out sedimentation has certain effect on sedimentation reduction in some period with certain conditions, the sedimentation reduction ratio is 0.74 under the flow and sediment conditions of the recorded years; (2) the channel become narrower and deeper and water level in same discharge is lower after digging out sedimentation; (3) bulk of digging out sedimentation can be used for dyke solidification to enhance the whole stability and anti seepage capacity of the dyke.
