摘　　要：本文从休闲的角度分析大学生生活方式,探讨了大学生体育协会中休闲理念设置的价值,提出在大学生体育协会中设置休闲理念的实施方法,旨在使大学生认识到体育运动的休闲和减压作用,进一步促进大学生终身体育意识的形成。This text is from the angle of the leisure analytical university student＇s life style,inquiried into the university student the athletics association in value of recreational principle constitution,put forward the implement method that established the recreational principle in the athletics association at the university student, the purpose aim of this text research is making the university student pass the athletics sport to slow their life, study and the employment pressure,promoting the university student＇s body teach the formation of the consciousness.
