摘  要:双压力角非对称齿轮具有承载能力大、振动小、噪声低、寿命长等优点。齿廓滑动系数是齿面磨损的重要评价指标之一,其大小反映了齿面的磨损程度。文中根据齿廓滑动系数的定义,结合双压力角非对称齿轮啮合传动特点,推导出齿廓滑动系数的数值计算公式,并从压力角、模数等方面对单(双)模数双压力角非对称齿轮齿廓滑动系数进行分析。仿真结果表明,为了降低齿廓滑动系数,减轻齿面磨损,提高啮合效率,可采取提高工作侧压力角、增大齿轮模数及齿数比等措施。Asymmetric gear with double pressure angles has some high performance,such as high load capacity,low vibrancy,small noise,and long life,etc.Tooth outline sliding coefficient is one of the important evaluation indexes of tooth profile wear,the wear level is defined by the sliding coefficient.The calculating formula of the sliding coefficient was deduced,on the basis of both the principle of the tooth outline sliding and the meshing characteristic of asymmetric gear with double pressure angles.And calculation of the sliding coefficient was carried out by changing the pressure angle and modulus on the driving gear of reducing-speed single or double moduli asymmetric spur gear drive system with double pressure angles.Simulation indicates that the effective measures to decrease the tooth outline sliding coefficient by enhancing the gear's teeth number ratio,the modulus of the double moduli gear,and the pressure angle on the drive side.
