摘　　要：目的探讨黏附分子P选择素(CD62P)在IgA肾病中的变化及意义。方法采用直接免疫荧光技术检测35例IgA肾病患者肾组织中P选择素的表达及分布情况。结果正常肾组织中CD62P基本不表达,而在IgA肾病患者肾组织中表达阳性率为85.71%,主要分布在肾小球的系膜区、毛细血管及小管间质等部位,并且CD62P的表达水平与肾小管间质病变程度存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 P选择素可能在IgA肾病发病机制中具有重要作用,与IgA肾病肾间质病变的发生发展可能具有一定的关系。Objective To explore the changes and significance of the adhesion molecule P-selectin in IgA nephropathy.Methods The direct immunoluorescence technique detected 35 cases of IgA nephropathy in renal tissue P-selectin expression and distribution of.Results Normal renal tissue CD62P basic non-expression,while expression was 85.71% in patients with IgA nephropathy in renal tissue,mainly in the glomerular mesangial area,capillary and tubule interstitial site,and CD62P expression level of renal tubular interstitial lesions are positively correlated（P0.05）.Conclusion P-selectin may be play an important role in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy,may have some relationship with the occurrence and development of interstitial lesions in IgA nephropathy.
