摘　　要：目的探讨内眦赘皮矫正术改进的手术方法及其疗效。方法应用下睑缘辅助切口行内眦赘皮矫正术237例,术前、术后对比照相,并1年之内随访。结果本组237例内眦赘皮矫正术治疗有效率达到98.3%,术后随访1年,4例内眦部瘢痕收缩导致复发,余患者切口瘢痕不明显,效果满意。结论下睑缘辅助切口行内眦赘皮矫正术创伤小,切口瘢痕轻微,效果明显,是一种良好的手术方法改进。Objective To investigate surgical methods and efficacy for improved epicanthoplasty.Methods Totally 237 patients were treated by epicanthoplasty with secondary incision close to lower eyelid above from March 2009 to March 2012.The patients were taken photoes before surgery and after surgery.They were followed up in one year.Results Among 237 patients,response rate was 98.3% after surgery.They were followed up in one year.4 patients had scars to cause relapse.The others were not recurred and had no obvious scar.They were satisfied.Conclusion Epicanthoplasty with secondary incision close to lower eyelid have little trauma and little scar.The surgery had obvious efficacy and which was an improvement surgery.
