摘　　要：结合案例分析研究 ,通过模型计算确定排污交易量 ,分析排污交易所能取得的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益 ,较全面地阐述了河网地区点源排污交易的条件、方法 .研究表明 。A practical case is used for the study. By model calculation, the amount of emission trading is determined. Futhermore, the environmental benefit, social benefit and economic benefit are analyzed. The conditions and methods emission trading in a river network between point sources are discussed. It is shown that emission trading is an effective way to realize the rational division and payable use of environmental resources.
