摘　　要：1930年前后,曾经留学欧美的罗隆基、胡适等自由主义知识分子以《新月》月刊为阵地,以"人权"为旗号,发表了一系列文章批评国民党压迫人权的行径。他们以争"人权"为口号,对中国革命道路及建国等问题发表了自己的政治主张。然而,由于他们对当时中国国情认识不清,因此其国家观不可避免具有极大的局限性。Around 1930,Luo Longji,Hu Shi and other liberal intellectuals who have ever studied in Europe or America published a series of papers with human rights as its appeal in the New Moon,criticizing KMT that infringed upon human rights.They expressed their view about country and society when they striving for human rights.As they didn＇t realize the China＇s actual conditions,their country view had to have a huge limitation.
