摘 要:为提高成形法加工齿轮时单齿侧磨削方式的加工精度,提出砂轮安装偏心误差对齿形误差的敏感方向计算方法。基于螺旋面成形加工原理,求解出成形砂轮与齿面的接触线,推导出砂轮廓形和齿形反求的计算公式;根据渐开线齿形的基本性质,计算出砂轮偏心误差引起的加工后齿形法向误差,讨论了砂轮偏心敏感方向与不敏感方向对该误差的影响。通过VERICUT仿真加工对该计算方法进行了验证。研究结果有助于完善数控成形磨齿机床的设计。To improve the machining accuracy of unilateral gear grinding in processing gear by forming method, a cal- culation method for sensitive direction of grinding wheel eccentricity error to profile error was proposed. Based on helicoid forming principles, the contact line between formed grinding wheel and tooth surface was solved, so the formula of wheel profile and tooth profile could be derived. According to the fundamental nature of involute profile, the profile normal error after processing raised by grinding wheel eccentricity error was calculated, and the effect of grinding wheel eccentricity's sensitive direction and insensitive direction on this error was discussed. VERICUT computer simulation was used to verify the proposed calculation method, and the result could help the design of CNC form grinding machine.
