当代革命军人核心价值观的培育要素分析——基于核心价值观培育中几种偏差的思考

摘　　要：基于对当代革命军人核心价值观培育中几种偏差产生原因的剖析，提出“多维条件”要求是核心价值观形成和发展的规律性要求。归纳了在军营条件下，当代革命军人核心价值观培育要素的2种类型，概括了“显性要素”和“隐性要素”的内涵、特点。着重对8个要素在核心价值观培育中的地位和作用分别给予了阐述。Based on the cause analysis of deviations in cultivating the core values of contemporary soldiers,in this paper,it puts forward a requirement of ＂multidimensional conditions＂, which regularly requires the formation and development of core values. Under the condition of barracks, it summarizes two types of factors in cultivating the core values of contemporary sol diem, and then explains the meanings and characteristics of ＂dominant factor＂and ＂recessive factor＂. It focuses on the elab oration of the position and role of cultivating core values from 8 factors.
