On Scientific Development of Psychological Training in Military Academies

摘　　要：军事院校开展心理训练是培养新型军事人才的重要方面。但是，目前军事院校心理训练工作还存在一些认识上的误区。要推进其科学发展，就要注重着眼军事院校客观实际，遵循心理训练的“三个原则”；着眼人才培养质量提高，提供心理训练的“三个保证”；着眼军事院校工作全局，注重心理训练的“三个结合”，切实提高心理训练的科学性和有效性。Developing psychological training in military academies is an important aspect to cultivate modem military tal ents. However, some misunderstandings still exist in the process of developing psychological training in military academies. In order to promote its scientific development, this paper puts forward that military academies should attach more attention to the real situation of military academies by following＂three principles＇of psychological training;focus on enhancing the qual ity of talents cultivation by providing＂three guarantees＂ of psychological training; and hold an all around view towards the work of military academies by concentrating on＂three combinations＇of psychological training, thus improving the psychologi cal training scientifically and efficiently.
