摘　　要：文章分别以人均财政卫生支出和单位GDP卫生财政支出为衡量指标,对1997-2010年我国政府地方财政卫生支出的区域差异进行测算和结构分解。研究结果发现,财政卫生支出存在明显的区域差异,人均财政卫生支出的差异逐渐缩小,同时单位GDP财政卫生支出的区域差异波动上升。各区域泰尔指数的测算发现,不论是按照三区域还是八区域的划分标准,财政卫生支出的总体差异都主要源于区域内差异,东部地区尤其是北部沿海地区是缩小财政卫生支出差异的重点地区。On the basis of local government spending on healthcare per capita and per unit of GDP, this paper calculates and decomposes the regional differences in local government spending on heahheare from 1997 to 2010. The results show there are clear regional differences in that the differences in local government spending on health per capita are narrowing while the differences in local government spending on healtheare per unit of GDP are widening. The results of calculations based on both the three-region and eight-region division show that the general differences in local government spending on healthcare arise from intraregional differences. East China, particularly northern coastal provinces are key areas as to narrowing the differences in local government spending on heahheare.
