摘 要:为提高飞机排班质量,在以航空公司成本最小化为目标的基础上,兼顾顾客的满意度(航班准时性)和飞机使用数目最小化目标,建立优化的多目标带有时间窗的飞机排班问题模型。结合算例,对三个目标函数都进行处理后,运用粒子群优化算法进行求解,最终得出模型解的运算结果和时间都在理想范围之内,表明新模型有效可行。该模型的建立有助于有效地解决带有时间窗的飞机排班问题,提高排班工作效率。In order to improve aircraft-arrangement quality, a multi-objective model of Aircraft-arrangement Problem with Time Windows which covers two targets(the degree of customs' satisfaction and plane's mini mum number) are built based on the traditional target of minimum cost. After dealing with three target func tions by process, the Particle Swarm Optimization is employed to solve the model which cites data from the in ternationally recognized question database of aircraft-arrangement problem. Finally, both results of the model and the time that solve the model belong to the ideal range, which indicates that the new model is feasible. The building of this model which is helpful to optimize aircraft-arrangement problem with time windows can improve logistic efficiency effectively.
