摘 要:为研究植物提取物对草鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响,选择平均体重(89±1.7)g的健康草鱼300尾,随机分成4个处理组,即基础饲料(对照)组、0.05%、0.10%和0.15%植物提取物组,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复放养25尾鱼。进行为期68 d的饲养试验。结果表明,日粮中添加植物提取物可显著提高草鱼血清总SOD活力(P<0.05),显著降低血清中MDA含量(P<0.05),与基础组相比,0.05%、0.10%和0.15%植物提取物组血清总SOD活力分别提高31.09%、24.29%和14.55%,MDA含量分别降低5.47%、13.41%、17.16%;与基础组相比,0.05%植物提取物组血清LSZ活力提高16.96%(P<0.05),CAT活力提高11.29%(P<0.05)。由此可见,草鱼日粮中添加适量的植物提取物可提高机体非特异性免疫能力,其适宜添加剂水平为0.05%。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of plant extracts on nonspecific immunity of grass carp. 300 health grass carp with (89 ± 1.7) g body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 3 replicates of 25 each,including basic feed (control) group,0.05 %,0.10 % and 0.15 % plant extracts group,feeding trials lasted for 68 d. The results showed that:the serum total SOD activity of adding groups were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05),and the MDA content of adding groups were significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05).Compared to the control group,serum total SOD of 0.05 % ,0.10 % and 0.15 % plant extracts groups were increased by 31.09 % ,24.29 % and 14.55 % ,respectively,MDA content of 0.05 %,0.10 % and 0.15 % plant extracts groups were reduced by 5.47 %, 13.41%, 17.16 % ,respectively. Compared to the control group,the LSZ activity of 0.05 % adding group were increased by 16.96 %(P 〈 0.05) ,the CAT activity were increased by 11.29 % (P 〈 0.05).The results indicated that the appropriate amount of plant extracts in basal diet could improve the body nonspecific immunity ability.In this experiment,the optimum adding levels of plant extracts was 0.05 %.
