摘 要:目的:探讨该中心行孕前检查及不孕不育治疗的患者人群中支原体感染的状况及支原体药物敏感性。方法:回顾性调查分析来该中心就诊的96例不孕症患者和102例孕前检查患者宫颈分泌物或精液中解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)检测结果以及UU和MH对10种抗生素的耐药性。结果:不孕组UU感染率(58.3%)高于孕前检查组(44.1%),在不孕组中又以继发不育组人群中的UU感染率为高(79.2%)。不孕组MH感染率高于孕前检查组(15.6%vs.5.9%)。同样,在不孕组中又以继发不育组MH感染率较高(29.2%)。结论:不孕组及孕前检查都表现为对强力霉素(DOX)、美满霉素(MIN)、克拉霉素(CLA)、交沙霉素(JOS)敏感。对环丙沙星(CPF)、氧氟沙星(OFL)、罗红霉素(ROX)耐药的比例高。和原发不育相比,继发不育组UU对抗生素的敏感性下降,对司帕霉素、罗红霉素、对阿奇霉素和克拉霉素耐药增加。Objective: To explore the status of genital mycoplasma infection in infertile patients and the cases receiving prenatal examination and the sensitivity of anti - mycoplasma drugs. Methods: The detection results of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH) in cervical secretions and semen samples of 96 infertile patients and 102 cases receiving prenatal examination in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively, the drug resistance of UU and MH to 10 drugs were investigated. Results: The infection rate of UU in in- fertility group (58.3%) was higher than that in prenatal examination group (44. 1% ), UU infection is more severer in secondary infertility group (79.2%) . The infection rate of MH in infertility group (15.6%) was higher than that in prenatal examination group (5.9%), MH infection is more severer in secondary infertility group (29. 2% ) . Conclusion: UU strains from both infertile group and prematal examination group are sensitive to doxycycline (DOX), minocycline (MIN), clarithromycin (CLA), and josamycin (JOS) ; and these UU strains are resistant to ciprofloxacin (CPF), ofloxacin (OFL), and roxithromycin (ROX) . Compared with the samples from primary infertile patients, the sensitivity of UU strains from secondary infertile.patients to antibiotics decreases, while the drug resistance to adriamycin, erythromycin, azithromycin and clarithromycin increase.
