药物流产后阴道出血治疗方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察药物流产后加服米非司酮、茜芷胶囊对减少阴道出血的作用。方法:将150例药物流产后孕囊在6h内顺利排出而阴道出血量≤月经量的病例随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组孕囊排出后口服抗生素头孢妥仑匹酯片。实验组在常规服用上述抗生素的基础上,分为加服米非司酮50 mg、米非司酮30 mg、茜芷胶囊。观察各组药物流产后14天内阴道出血情况。结果:米非司酮50 mg组、米非司酮30 mg组、茜芷胶囊组药物流产后阴道有效止血率均高于对照组(P<0.01),而实验各组之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。米非司酮50 mg组、米非司酮30 mg组、茜芷胶囊组药物流产后防止阴道出血的有效率也均高于对照组(P<0.05),而实验各组之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:药物流产后加服米非司酮、茜芷胶囊均能减少阴道出血及有效止血。Objective： To observe the effects of mifepristone and Qianzhi capsule on reducing vaginal bleeding in patients after drug abortion. Methods： A total of 150 cases after drug abortion whose gestational sac discharged within 6 hours and the amount of vaginal bleeding ≤ the amount of menstrual blood were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In control group, the cases were treated with ccfditoren pivoxil, while in experimental group, the cases were treated with mifepristone of different doses （50 mg, 20 mg）, Qianzhi capsules, and cefditoren pivoxil; the situations of vaginal bleeding in the two groups at 14 days after drug abortion were observed. Results： The effective rates for stopping vaginal bleeding of 50 nag naifepristone, 30 mg mifepristone, and Qianzhi capsule were statistically significandy higher than that in control group （P 〈0.01 ）, but there was no significant difference among the three kinds of drugs （ P 〉 0. 05） ; the effective rates for preventing vaginal bleeding of 50 mg mifepristone, 30 mg mifepristone, and Qianzhi capsule were higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, but there was no statistically significant difference among the three kinds of drugs （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： Mifepristone and Qianzhi capsule used after drug abortion can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and stopping vaginal bleeding effectively.
