摘　　要：《杜威十进分类法》的理学类目划分遵循学科发展的时间顺序,强调实用性;类目设置简略,侧重从主题角度集中相关文献;类目灵活性强,并具有丰富的注释;类目名称惯用描述性词语和名词组合,统一规范性较强。以上特点使《杜威十进分类法》在系统性和实用性之间找到了较好的平衡点,类目的动态与灵活性能适应学科发展及类目扩充的需要。The division of science categories of Dewey Decima/Classification （DDC） follows principles of the chronological order of the disciplinary development, and emphasizes the practicability. The category setting of DDC is brief, and concentrates relevant literatures from the view of the subject. Categories have the better flexibility and the rich annotation. The name of categories is usually descriptive words and noun combinations, and it has strongly unity normative. The above characteristic enable DDC to find a good balance point between the systematicness and the practicability, and the dynamic and flexibility of categories could meet the need of the disciplinary development and the category expansion.
