摘  要:百合无症病毒(Lily symptomless virus,LSV)属于香石竹潜隐病毒属(Carlavirus),是严重影响百合生长的主要病毒之一。LSV由美国Brierley和Smith首次从俄勒冈州带有坏死斑点的百合中分离得到。此后,在世界各地均有报道,我国江南、江北以及东北各地也有发生。LSV不会引起百合植株产生明显症状,但会使鳞茎变小,严重退化。Lily symptomless virus (LSV) was detected by RT-PCR in the Lilium Oriental hybrid 'Casablanca' collected from Dalian and the complete genome of LSV-DL was obtained through cloning and sequencing. Sequence analysis showed that the complete genome of LSV-DL contained 8,394 nucleofides and 6 open reading frames (ORFs), coding 6 proteins. Alignment and phylogenefic analysis of LSV-DL together with other 4 LSV isolates from different regions, LSV-China, LSV- Netherlands, LSV-Korea and LSV-India were performed using Clustalxl. 83 and MEGA4.0. LSV-DL shared high similarity (95% -100% ) with the four others. However, relationship of LSV-DL with isolates from India and the Netherlands was closer than with LSV-China.
