百合无症病毒大连分离物全基因组克隆及其序列分析

摘　　要：百合无症病毒（Lily symptomless virus，LSV）属于香石竹潜隐病毒属（Carlavirus），是严重影响百合生长的主要病毒之一。LSV由美国Brierley和Smith首次从俄勒冈州带有坏死斑点的百合中分离得到。此后，在世界各地均有报道，我国江南、江北以及东北各地也有发生。LSV不会引起百合植株产生明显症状，但会使鳞茎变小，严重退化。Lily symptomless virus （LSV） was detected by RT-PCR in the Lilium Oriental hybrid ＇Casablanca＇ collected from Dalian and the complete genome of LSV-DL was obtained through cloning and sequencing. Sequence analysis showed that the complete genome of LSV-DL contained 8,394 nucleofides and 6 open reading frames （ORFs）, coding 6 proteins. Alignment and phylogenefic analysis of LSV-DL together with other 4 LSV isolates from different regions, LSV-China, LSV- Netherlands, LSV-Korea and LSV-India were performed using Clustalxl. 83 and MEGA4.0. LSV-DL shared high similarity （95% -100% ） with the four others. However, relationship of LSV-DL with isolates from India and the Netherlands was closer than with LSV-China.
