摘　　要：攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂为进一步挖掘RH-MFB功能,通过建立吹氧脱碳工艺模型指导超低碳钢(IF钢)深脱碳处理模式,并不断完善和优化工艺操作,IF钢RH终点w(C)≤30×10-6合格率达到了90%,取得了明显的效果。In order to further explore the functions of RH-MFB in the Vanadium Recov- ery and Steelmaking Plant of Panzhihua Steel ＆ Vanadium Co. , an oxygen blow decar- burization model for the purpose to guide the deep decarburization process mode for the extra-low carbon steel （IF steel） is built up and the process operation is persistently per- fected and optimized as well. As the results the qualification rate of the end point of the w（C）≤30 X 10-6 reaches 90 and marked results are achieved as well.
