摘　　要：文章探讨了高校图书馆在城市图书馆发展中的政策定位和现实探索,并提出高校图书馆应该更新观念,积极融入城市图书馆服务体系,完善社会服务模式,开展重点服务。This paper discusses the policy position of academic libraries in the development of urban libraries, explores the current situation and proposes that the academic libraries should innovate the ideas, actively involve in the urban library service system, upgrade its service mode and carry out well- focused services. 17 refs.
