摘　　要：胰岛素治疗可以导致过敏反应，尽管并不常见，但一旦发生，即成为患者血糖控制的一个难题。胰岛素过敏的诊断包括皮内试验、皮肤点刺试验、特异性IgE和IgG的检测，必要时也可以采用皮肤活检。有多种方法可以用于治疗胰岛素过敏，如将胰岛素改为口服降糖药、更换胰岛素制剂、脱敏治疗、血浆置换以及胰腺移植等。Insulin treatment can lead to allergic reactions. Although insulin allergy is not common,it is still a problem for patients＇ glycemic control when it occurs. Diagnostic methods include intradermal skin test, skin prick test, determination of specific IgE and IgG, and necessarily, skin biopsy. There are some avail- able treatment options for insulin allergy, such as switching insulin to oral antidiabetics, changing to other in- sulin preparations, desensitization, plasmapheresis, pancreas transplantation and so on.
