摘 要:对风积沙进行物理焙烧和化学覆膜表面处理后,采用亲水性的环氧树脂为胶粘剂及自制的反应型环氧表面活性剂将风积沙粘接制成透水材料。通过红外光谱、压缩强度和透水系数测试研究了粘接树脂的组成,风积沙不同表面改性方法,胶粘剂用量,砂粒大小及分布对透水材料性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜对透水材料的微观结构进行了观察。结果表明,风积沙经焙烧处理后,使用同等树脂量粘接的样品,干压缩强度和湿压缩强度分别提高0.5倍和1倍左右;焙烧后的风积沙经覆膜处理后,强度分别提高0.2倍和0.5倍以上。The permeable materials were prepared using hydrophilic epoxy resins as adhesiv,self-made reactive epoxy surfactant and aeolian sand with physical roasting and chemical surface coating treatment.The effects of adhesive resin composition,aeolian sand surface modification method,adhesive amount,sand partilce size and distribution on the performance of the permeable materials were investigated by infrared spectroscopy and the testings of compressive strength and permeability coefficient.The micro-structure of permeable materials was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that dry compressive strength and wet compression strength of the samples after roasting of aeolian sand and using the same amount of bonding resin were increased by 0.5 times and 1 times than that of untreated ones,respectively and the strengthes of the samples with sand surface coating treatment after roasting were increased by 0.2 times and 0.5 times or more.
