摘  要:研究了有机底物对3种活性污泥胞外聚合物(G-EPS、P-EPS、W-EPS)的影响。G-EPS和P-EPS在相同试验条件下以不同有机底物(葡萄糖、蛋白胨)培养得到,W-EPS由污水处理厂污泥中提取。3种EPS量的顺序为G-EPS>P-EPS>W-EPS,其中所含多糖和蛋白质的比值分别为22.9、4.8、6.7,且EPS中的多糖含量明显高于蛋白质的含量;在一个培养周期内,G-EPS中多糖、蛋白质及其总量达到最大值的时间均比P-EPS的短;3种EPS中,碳、氮元素比分别为8.5、5.5、6.1;红外光谱显示,3种EPS中所含的官能团种类很相近,主要是羟基、羧基、氨基和酰胺基团,但每种EPS中所含各种官能团的量有差异。The effect of organic substrates on EPSs(G-EPS. P-EPS. W-EPS)extracted from activated sludges have been studied. G-EPS and P-EPS were extracted from two cultivated sludges at same conditions, which were feed with different organic substrates(glucose, peptone). W-EPS was extracted from the sludge of sewage treatment plant. The order of total amount of EPSs was G-EPS^P-EPS~ W-EPS,in which polysaccharide/protein were 22.9.4.8.6.7, respectively. The amount of polysaccharide was much more than the amount of protein. In one cultivation cycle, the polysaccharide, protein and total amount of EPS of G-EPS was more quickly than P-EPS to reach the maximum. The ratio of carbon to nitrogen of the three EPSs were 8.5.5.5.6.1, respectively. FTIR revealed that the type of functional groups in EPSs was similar to each other. The main functional groups were hydroxyl, carboxyl,amino acylamino and so on. There were some differences in the amount of each type of functional group.
