摘 要:山西某高硫铝土矿中硫质量分数达2.95%,采用浮选分离工艺得到铝土矿精矿和硫铁矿精矿。铝土矿精矿中,硫质量分数降至0.34%,Al2O3回收率为96.16%,满足后续氧化铝生产工艺要求;硫铁矿精矿中硫质量分数为45.83%,达到优等-Ⅱ级硫精矿质量标准。该工艺有效解决了高硫铝土矿硫、铝资源的综合回收问题。The sulfur content in a high-sulfur bauxite is 2.95%. Flotation separation process is used to obtain qualified bauxite concentrate and pyrite concentrate, respectively. The bauxite concentrate in which S grade is 0.34% and A12Oa recovery of 96.16% is obtained at optimum conditions. The bauxite concentrate can meet the production requirements of aluminum oxide. The sulfur content in pyrite concentrate reaches 45. 83%, accorded with national quality standards of superior-Ⅱ grade pyrite concentrate. Both sulfur and aluminum in high-sulfur bauxite are recovered effectively.
