色纺纱产品开发现状及技术发展需求

摘　　要：分析色纺纱产品开发的现状及技术发展需求。从色纺纱结构特点的角度介绍了色纺纱产品的开发现状,深入分析了色纺产业所面临的问题,并针对色纺纱开发过程的需要,阐述了色纺纱的技术发展需求。认为:色纺纱可以划分为均一结构和差异化结构两大类,多元组分、功能性、差异化结构色纺纱开发将成为未来开发重点,而新型纺纱技术、色纺专用机械及专用配件、零部件开发与应用是提高色纺纱品质及附加值的关键。Colored spun yarn development status and technology development demands were analyzed. Colored spun yarn development status was introduced from aspect of colored spun yarn structure. Problems of colored spun indus try faced were analyzed deeply. According to the needs of colored spun yarn development process, technology develop ment demands of colored spun technology development were introduced. It is considered that colored spun yarn can be divided into uniform structure and differentiated structure. Development focus of colored spun yarn in future should be multi-component, functional and differentiated structure. The key of improving colored spun yarn quality and value-added should be new spinning technology, development and application of colored spun yarn special machine, accessories and components.
