摘 要:采用室内培养方法研究了增塑剂—邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)对土壤过氧化氢酶和转化酶活性的影响。结果表明:10、50和100 mg kg-1DEHP处理对土壤过氧化氢酶活性以激活作用为主,而500和1000 mg kg-1处理以抑制作用为主;各浓度DEHP处理均显著抑制了转化酶活性,且浓度越大抑制率越大。在整个试验培养期内,DEHP处理对过氧化氢酶和转化酶的最大和最小酶活性均出现在培养中期(16~22 d)。经米氏动力学方程拟合,过氧化氢酶活性的ED50值(生态剂量)为769~5000 mg kg-1,转化酶活性的ED50值(生态剂量)为217~2000 mg kg-1。相对而言,转化酶对DEHP污染比较敏感,可以作为DEHP污染土壤的生态毒理学指标之一。The effects of plasticizer Di-2-ethylhexylphthalate(DEHP) on soil catalase and invertase activities were studied by indoor cultivation method.The results showed 10,50 and 100 mg kg-1 DEHP concentrations treatments stimulated soil catalase activity,while 500 and 1000 mg kg-1 DEHP concentrations treatments inhibited soil catalase activity.All DEHP treatments of different concentrations showed the inhibition on soil invertase activity during the entire incubation period,and the higher DEHP concentration led to the higher inhibition rate.During the whole experimental training period,the maximal and minimum activities of catalase and invertase under DEHP amendments both occurred in cultivate medium stage(16-22 d).Using Michaelis-Menten equation,the values of ED50(Eco-toxicology dose) was 769-5000 mg kg-1 and 217-2000 mg kg-1 for catalase and invertase activity,respectively.Relatively,the invertase activity was more sensitive to DEHP contamination,therefore,could be used as a diagnostic indicator of soil contamination caused by DEHP.
