摘 要:通过大田试验,研究了0、5、10、20、50和100 mg kg-1六种浓度多菌灵对土壤中过氧化氢酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性、蛋白酶活性、蔗糖酶活性和脲酶活性的影响,以期为农药的安全使用和对生态的风险性评估提供基础的科学依据。结果表明:多菌灵对土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性的影响表现为先激活后抑制,蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶活性则为先抑制后恢复。多菌灵施用28 d内,多菌灵对过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶和蛋白酶活性的抑制作用随浓度的增加而增大,其EC25分别为42.3 mg kg-1、60 mg kg-1和8.74 mg kg-1。综合分析认为,施用多菌灵影响了土壤酶的活性,可考虑用过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶和蛋白酶活性指示土壤中多菌灵的污染状况。A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of carbendazim at six concentrations(0,5,10,20,50 and 100 mg kg-1 dry soil) on enzyme activities of catalase,protease,alkaline phosphatase,sucrase and urease in tomato processing field.The purpose of the research was to provide the scientific basis for the safe handing of pesticide and the ecological risk assessment in tomato processing field in Xinjiang.The result showed that sucrase and urease activities were activated in the early stage of carbendazim application,thereafter inhibited.Protease,catalase and alkline phosphatase activities presented reverse temporal trends,and the inhibition on these enzymes waxed significantly with the carbendazim concentration increasing during the earlier stage(0-28 d),but there were no significant difference among different treatments after 35 day of carbendazim application.The EC25 of carbendazim for soil protease,catalase and alkline phosphatase activities were 42.3,60 and 8.74 mg kg-1,respectively.These results suggested that application of carbendazim affected soil enzyme activities.Protease,catalase and alkline phosphatase activities could be used as indicators of carbendazim pollution in soil at its earlier application stage.
