摘  要:电网设备抢修所需的备品备件是离散的随机数据。备品备件有两种存储方式,电网公司单独存储和采用电网公司与供货商组成的供应链方式存储。通过分析备品备件采购成本、存储成本、缺货成本,建立了电网抢修备品备件库存模型,用于指导备品备件的最佳采购量,使整个供应链的成本最低。所建模型是电网设备抢修平台的基础。The spare parts for power equipment emergency repair are discrete random data. There are two kinds of storage modes for spare parts : one storage is exclusively managed by power grid corporation; the other storage is controlled by the supply chain comprising power grid corporation and suppliers. Through the analysis of spare parts procurement cost, storage cost, shortage cost, the inventory model of spare parts for power grid equipment emergency repair is established. The model is used to guide the optimal purchasing quantity of spare parts on order to minimize the entire supply chain cost. The proposed model is the basis of power equipment emergency repair platform.
