摘　　要：基于知识生成、知识积累、知识交流和知识应用的知识管理理论,设计并实现了适用于电力科技型企业业务发展和网络管理的知识管理与情报服务系统。系统通过梳理整合企业内外部知识资源,形成了企业知识体系。采用非结构化平台和模块化设计,实现了知识的存储、整理、分享和挖掘,以及个性化的情报服务,为企业级知识管理系统的建设提供借鉴。Based on the theory of knowledge management （ including knowledge generation, accumulation, communi- cation and application）, the knowledge management and intelligence service system has been established, applicable to the business development and network management in technology-based power enterprises. The system constitutes the enterprise knowledge system by sorting and integrating the enterprise＇s internal and external knowledge resources. The unstructured platform and modular design are adopted to realize knowledge storing, sorting, sharing and mining, as well as personalized intelligence service, providing valuable reference to the construction of enterprise knowledge system.
