摘  要:通过对DH-600-G型发电机定子线圈温度偏差上升过程的分析,确定主因为定冷水pH值偏低;发电机定冷水pH值低会导致定子线圈腐蚀速率加快,迅速产生氧化铜沉积,进而堵塞定子线圈,使定子线圈温度及出水温度偏差升高。通过采用碱性树脂提高定冷水pH值,同时对定冷水系统做了封闭改造等措施,使这一问题得到有效解决。This paper analyzes the sector winding temperature deviation increase process for DH-600-G generator. Then the main reason is identified to be due to the low pH value of generator stator cooling water, which leads to the increase of sector winding corrosion rate and copperoxide deposition rate. The consequent sector winding plugging results in the increased temperature deviation of sector windings and output water, the To solve the problem effectively, the pH value of stator cooling water is increased by use of alkaline resin, and the stator cooling water system is transformed in the closed state.
