摘　　要：以辽藁本地上茎作为繁殖材料,研究辽藁本地上茎扦插繁殖方法。结果表明:辽藁本地上茎具有较强的扦插生根能力,以茎节中下部节间较短、节粗大并且带有成熟叶片的插穗进行扦插,并结合吲哚丁酸500～1 000 mg/L速蘸10 s处理的效果最好。Taking stem of Ligusticumjeholense as breeding material,the cutting propagation techniques of Ligusticumjeholense were studied. The results showed that Ligusticum sterns had strong rooting capacity ,and choosing the breeding material with shorter internodes ,coarse section and a mature leaf cuttings, quickly dipped with IBA 500- 1 000 mg/L for 10 seconds could get the best cutting propagation effect.
