摘 要:本项目在Fe_3Al的加工工艺和用合金化改善Fe_3Al的性能上取得了重大进展。目前已形成了具有不同特性的Fe_3Al基合金的成分配方系列,以及可以制备各种Fe_3Al型材(棒、板、管等)和大型铸锭(件)和锻坯(件)的工艺路线及完整的工艺参数。运用本项目的技术制备的Fe_3Al材料具有优异的抗氧化、耐热腐蚀和冲蚀性能,并具有良好的综合力学性能。通过几个典型零件的应用研究,展示出Fe_3Al作为可用于苛刻环境下工作的抗高温冲蚀零部件材料和电加热材料的应用前景、为实现Fe_3Al材料的实用化打下了基础。The present investigation is concentrated on the techniques of fabrication of Fe3Al alloys anil nnprovements of their mechanical properties through alloying processing. Series of Fe3Al based alloys with high oxidation isulphidation and erosion resistance and good combination of strength and ductility have been obtained By using the techniques gained in the present investigation different types of Fe3Al based alloys .including tubes .bars and plates have been produced. Application of the alloys has also been discussed Through several typical cases the Fe3Al based alloys exhibit great potential as high erosion resistant material used in some severe industrial environment
