摘 要:采用泡沫镍电极制备工艺,研制开发了20~115Ah系列电动车用方型密封镍氢动力电池,单体电池比能量达60~70Wh/kg,电池比功率大于160W/kg,12V电池组比能量达54Wh/kg,电池可在-20~50℃下工作;电池寿命仍在测试之中,该电池具有良好的过充、过放电能力。将两组120A/100Ah 密封镍氢动力电池以并联方式供电驱动电动汽车,电动汽车一次充电行驶距离可达225km,并一次充电完成北京—天津往返等城市实际路况的实车运行实验,平均时速50~80km/h,最高时速大于100km。Beijing General Research Institute for Non-ferrous Metals (GRINM) has maintained a continuouseffort of research and development in the field of nickel metal hydride (Ni/MH) batteries for electric vehicles in the past 10 years. Some kinds of Ni/MH batteries such as EV-115, EV-100, EV-45, EV-20 have been developed by GRINM,and provide a specific energy of 60-70wh/kg and a specific power in excess of IGOw/kg- Those batteries also can work between-18-50C and have an intrinsic ability to withstand overcharge and over discharge1. The cycle life of the battery is still in testing Now Ni/MH battery packs are already on the road. One of the electric vehicles e-quipped with Ni/MH battery of 24kwh capacity produced by GRINM had a driving range of 225km per charge (average speed of 50-80km/h ,the maximum speed m excess of 100km/h) and finished a journey to and fro between Beijin and Tianjin City per charge
