摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜超声气弹碎石术的最佳手术配合方法。方法手术室护士熟练掌握经皮肾镜超声气弹碎石术所用仪器及器械的正确使用方法,熟知手术方法和步骤,熟练配合手术使其顺利进行。结果 34例手术,除3例由于结石太多太复杂,完全碎石所需时间太长,改一周后再次超声气弹碎石外,其余患者均在手术护士的密切配合下顺利完成。手术损伤小,成功率高,均无并发症发生。结论护士的良好配合是手术成功的关键。手术室护士要熟悉经皮肾镜超声气弹碎石术所用各仪器及器械的性能和使用方法,熟悉手术方法和步骤,严格无菌操作规程,团结协作,方能使手术顺利进行,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To evaluate the best way of operative cooperation of pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy （PCNL）. Methods The apparatus and instruments of pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy should be used correctly by theatre nurses. Surgical methods and procedures were known well by theatre nurses so that surgeries could be carried out smoothly. Results Three cases of the 34 patients were underwent PCNL by pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy under ultrasound guidance again after a week because of the complex urinary tract stone. The rest were all implemented successfully under close cooperation of theatre nurses. Injury from the operation was smaller and there was high rate of success and no complication founded. Conclusion Good coordination between the doctor and the nurse is the key to ensure the success of operation. theatre nurses must be familiar with functions and method of applications of the apparatus and instruments of pneumatic combined with ultrasound lithotripsy in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. In addition, it＇s very necessary to have the collective collaboration and be familiar with operative methods and aseptic technique for operative success of cooperation and the alleviation of the patients＇ pain.
