摘　　要：为了更好的满足医疗和患者用药需求,医疗机构常将药品进行拆零销售,方便的同时也会带来许多的弊端。因此,建立合理而规范的管理模式,解决医疗机构拆零药品存在的问题,是保证患者用药安全的重要前提。每位医务工作者都应引起重视,把好拆零药品销售中的每一关。在节省了医药资源的同时,最大限度确保拆零药品的安全发出,使患者用药安全性、有效性得到保障。Medical institutions often make dismantle sales in order to satisfy the demand of medical treatment and patients′ drug, but it brings many drawbacks when it is convenient. So it is an important premise of ensuring patients′ drug safety to establish reasonable and standardized management mode and to solve the drug＇s dismantle problem made by medical institutions. Every medical worker should pay attention to every action seriously of dismantle medicines sales. Ensur the dismantle medicines safety sending out to the highest limit while saving the medical resources at the same time in order to ensure the patients′ drug safety and effectiveness.
